my mom could not care less about college. but she cares deeply about every other aspect of my future:
- Mom: (comes home with new-to-us, vintage dishes) : I got these for your future apartment!
- Mom: (comes home with dress for a toddler) : This was too cute, it reminded me of something you wore when you were little, I got it for your future daughter!
- Mom: I made a scrapbook of all of the photos of you when you were little so you can show them to your kids one day!
